Our finance department is experienced in land home deals, and is better able to capitalize on the opportunities this changing environment presents.
Buying a new home can be a frustrating and confusing process. At Cedar Creek Homes, our finance department can package your land, home, and all of the improvements (decks, driveways, foundations, sidewalks, garages, etc.,) into one monthly payment, and will help coordinate all of the disbursements.

Our finance department has an excellent relationship with some of the largest lenders in the country. The combination of experience in the industry and excellent lender relationships gives our finance department the ability to better serve the customer’s needs. The sales consultants are therefore able to concentrate on what they do best, and do not need to worry about “shopping” the loans.
